Looking for a flatmate to join me in a lovely 2-bedroom flat in Islington.

• Great location: independent cafes, restaurants and shops on the doorstep, Highbury Fields park nearby
• ~10 minute walk to both Highbury & Islington (Victoria/Overground) and Angel (Northern line)

Rent & bills:

• £1,450/month
• Bills approximately £150/month pp (council tax band D)

Available from: mid-May, or beginning of June if needed

About me:

I'm Julia, late 20s, working as a data scientist in central London. I'm in the office most days but work from home a couple of days a week. I'm clean and organised but relaxed - I understand everyone has different ways of living and I'm easy to adapt to. I'd describe myself as calm and friendly, and while I completely respect needing your own space, I'd love a flat where we actually get on and hang out every now and then.

I love cooking and regularly experiment with new recipes (flatmate taste-testing may be required 😋). I enjoy exploring London, travelling, and tend to say yes to random plans. I visit family for a couple of weeks at Christmas and in summer, so I'm not always around.

Looking for:

Someone professional, reliable and easy-going. Doesn't need to be my best friend, but it'd be nice to actually enjoy living together!
