Flatmates are all very friendly, clean and quiet. Looking for someone similarly tidy. Have lived here happily for 2.5 years. Great landlord: very responsive to problems, but otherwise leaves us alone. Lease has been rolling for 5 years with minimal rent increases, so good security.
