The apartment is uniquely situated in a building that sits beside the Regents Canal which it overlooks, a surprising, lovely outlook in central London. It is close to numerous cafes and restaurants including a mile of wonderful Vietnamese restaurants along Kingsland Rd, the Dalston Rio and Hoxton Curzon cinemas, and three excellent small theatres including the Arcola theatre.
The apartment is light and quiet, with a wonderful outlook over the canal and basin, set well back from Kingsland Road in a gated estate with excellent security. The room is light with a door onto the wrap around terrace. It is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a bedside table, a desk, a chair, bed and desk-side wall lamps, a double bed with a bedside table. It has a wooden floor with a rug. There is a wardrobe which includes four drawers. Wi-Fi is available.
I allow use use of the kitchen to prepare at times that we can negotiate. There is microwave cooker and induction hob which you can use along with a place to keep your food in the fridge.
