Can be set up as a single with a sofa (to be added) or as a double without a sofa, just let us know your preference and we will arrange.

10 minute walk to Highbury & Islington (overground, Victoria) Right next to Holloway rd station (Piccadilly line). Two stops to King’s Cross station.

Holloway Road has incredible restaurants for socialising and Highbury and Angel are both round the corner - such a dream in summer!

ABOUT US:
Live-in landlords and we are a couple; we love music but prefer chilled nights in, as opposed to wild nights out.

We like to keep things clean and tidy and happy to invest in a cleaner together - if housework isn’t your thing!

Open to pets, as we love animals but will be selective to make sure we can all be comfortable! This will require a higher deposit and possibly a monthly fee increase.

ABOUT YOU:
You’re someone kind, clean and considerate.

Visitors kept to a minimum, this includes partners.

We welcome LGBTQIA+ individuals as well as those that don’t indentify as such.

It’s fine if you’re a smoker but unfortunately you can’t smoke within the flat or on the grounds.

Happy to give you your space and keep to ourselves but equally as happy to cook a meal together every now and then :)

We have a lot of free time at home, so the room is probably more suitable for someone that doesn’t work at home all week.

Please note that there is no shared living room but we are looking to get a small sofa put into the room - up to you! Shared bathroom and kitchen.
