Massive and bright bedroom with own study

Hey there! We have a large room with your own separate study available in our lovely flat. The flat is a bright, very spacious and not mouldy 4 bedder with 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen and lounge. It’s in a great location, only 10 mins walk to either Angel or Highbury Islington Station and 10 mins walk to big supermarkets. The room comes furnished with bed & mattress, large drawers and a wardrobe.

You’ll be living with three of us, all early 30’s. Quick lil bio: Ryan (me) loves a park picnic, scanning airlines for cheap flights and forgetting to water houseplants. Ciaran is a keen summer cyclist and winter shred and diligently keeps his Spanish duolingo streak. George knows all the upcoming events and loves to have a swim.

We’re ideally looking for a housemate in their late-20s and older who enjoys having a few drinks together and friends over for dinner parties but like a balance with quiet and chill nights too. Extra points if you’re clean, friendly and reliable 😄 Couples are welcome too !
