You are perfectly positioned for commuting, socialising, and shopping:

Transport: A 15-minute walk to Finsbury Park Station (Victoria, Piccadilly, and National Rail) and a 20-minute walk to Holloway Road Station (Piccadilly).

Shopping: Just a 10-minute walk to basically every supermarket you could need—Lidl, Morrisons, Waitrose, and Argos are all right down the road.

For Football Fans: An 8-minute stroll to Arsenal Stadium (the matchday atmosphere is unmatched, but the street itself stays peaceful).
