Looking for someone to take a spacious double room in a friendly Islington shared house!

The room is well sized and bright on ground floor, with a big south facing window. The house has a large garden that gets lots of use, a comfortable living room, a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and two bathrooms. The room comes furnished with a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror.

The house is located on a safe and quiet Islington street and is ~10 min walk from Angel station and a ~15 min walk from Highbury Islington. Essex Road station is a 5 minute walk too. There are plenty of buses to Central London and the City around the corner.

The area is amazing with lots of coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. It is very close to Upper Street and central Angel, and a short walk to De Beauvoir, Highbury and Shoreditch. The house is ideally located <2 mins from Regents Canal.

You’ll be living with two girls and one guy, all professionals aged 30-31. The house is very friendly and social, and while people all do their own thing, there is plenty of hanging out in the living room/ movies / dinners together/ trips to the pub. Looking for a pleasant and tidy housemate who will continue this vibe.
