Spacious Double Room in Islington

My room will be available from 1st July (move-in date flexible) in a 3-bedroom flat in Islington. It’s right next to Caledonian Road & Barnsbury station and just a few minutes from Caledonian Road tube station.

ABOUT THE ROOM
The room is very spacious and comes fully furnished with a double bed, two desks, a chair, a wardrobe, and an additional storage closet, offering lots of storage space. The best part is the large windows, which let in plenty of natural light all day long.

ABOUT THE FLAT
The shared areas include a kitchen and a bathroom with a separate shower and toilet (very convenient in the mornings, no queues!).

FLATMATES
You’ll be sharing with two girls aged 23–24 from Spain and Mexico. They’re very friendly, social, and easy-going, so preferably someone who speaks Spanish, although we’re open to everyone. We are looking for a female flatmate preferably.

CONTRACT
The current contract runs until September 2026. After that, it is still uncertain whether the tenancy will continue, as the current flatmates have not yet decided if they will renew the contract.

RENT
The rent is £1000 per month (excluding bills), and bills are around £100 per month (depending on the season).

REFERENCES & DEPOSIT

The incoming tenant will need to pass referencing, meaning they’ll need to be either employed and earning at least 2.5 times their share of the rent, or, if they’re a student, have a UK-based guarantor. You will also need to pay your share of the deposit, which is £1,115.38.
