Room available in Newington Green £934 + bills

Sadly have to leave my lovely flat in Newington Green / Dalston - the room is already empty so is available for move in asap!

You’ll be living with the lovely Billie - a bit about her below!
I’ve been living in this flat for nearly 4 years. I absolutely love it.

It’s as well connected as it is safe which I find is very rare, having lived in many different places before finally finding home.

☀️There is a beautiful communal garden with a BBQ. It’s the best time of year to move into this flat!
🌲 The room itself has a nice view out onto the garden and is a decent size.
📺 Living room with a dining table, lots of art books and a TV equipped with Sky, Amazon etc
🔉 Fibre WiFi
📍The local area has great pubs, coffee shops. It’s quiet, but it’s a very short walk from the chaos of Dalston which I love to dip in and out of!
🚋 Short walk to two overground stations with easy access to the Victoria line, Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Rio Cinema and Clissold Park (deer!!)
🎁 Move-in available between 23rd May - 23rd June after affordability checks are completed by landlord

More about your potential flatmate, Billie:
- I’m a 🏳️‍⚧️ woman who works in marketing, I hybrid work but tend to be in the office more often than not.
- I love football, queer advocacy, movies and finding new music. Looking to go to saunas and gyms a little more soon too!
- On the weekend you’ll likely find me in front of the TV or in the garden depending on the weather. I like to use my home time to recharge.
- I’ve always loved living with different people and chatting about both our lives and often find myself falling into a hybrid between conversation and alone time. It’s important to me that someone feels comfortable living here which means I welcome open communication.
- I’d describe myself as tidy, but not totally spotless.
