The property is ideally located in Islington N5, just a 7-minute walk from Canonbury Station and around a 20-minute walk to Highbury & Islington Station (Zone 2). Newington Green is only a 5-minute walk away, with regular bus services providing easy access to Central London.

The area is safe, pleasant, and well-connected, with nearby parks, shops, restaurants, cafés, and a local Tesco all within walking distance.

You will be sharing the home with me, a live-in landlady, and one other female student. The property includes:
