Wonderful wee flat - only moving out as my visa has ended.
The flat is located between Canonbury and De Beaviour on a main road.
The flat comes furnished with a great wardrobe and a bed but has plenty of opportunity for you to make your own mark.
Recently upgraded to a giant TV which is really exciting.
The room is double but doesn’t really fit a desk in it - flatmate is happy for someone to work from the Kitchen table but would probably suit someone not working from home full time.
There is additional storage in the flat.
Flatmate is super chill - up for a chat - bonus if you are a football fan or up to chat about the Traitors.
The bathroom is great - the shower head it wonderful if you are attempting to wash long hair.

The building feels super secure - fob into the building - and fenced off rear garden.
There is secure space to store a bike in the garden as well.
There is a bus stop roughly 100m away and a small tesco on your doorstep.

The flat is incredibly warm in winter - we only turned the heating on once last year!

WiFi is super fast.
Bills are 147.50 a month - that covers everything.

Looking for someone who is chill, wants a nice spot to come home to and pays rent on time.

The landlord is super chill - we have a WhatsApp group and he responds straight away - and lives just down the road. They will need proof of income (Payslip) - alongside the bond.
