The room comes furnished with a double bed, private en-suite bathroom, good storage, desk space and chair. Move-in date can be flexible.

The flat was fully refurbished before I moved in 1.5 years ago, and I was the first tenant in after the renovation. It has a spacious living room with TV, a pull-out couch and a third bathroom, which is great for guests. There is also a modern kitchen/living area, washer-dryer, dishwasher and secure bike storage.

A bit about me - I’m Colin, 23, from Michigan, and have lived in London for nearly two years. I’ll be starting a master’s programme in London in September. I’m into travelling, football, running, the gym, and a good pub. I’m social and easy-going, but also like keeping the flat clean, relaxed and comfortable during the week.

I’m looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate who is up for hanging out. Ideally someone around a similar age who wants the flat to feel like a home rather than just a room.

Rent is £1,480 per month and bills are approximately £250-300per month per person.
