We’re looking for a new female housemate to join our lovely flat on Benwell Road, just a short walk from Holloway Road, Arsenal, Drayton Park and Highbury & Islington stations, as well as a close walk to Highbury Fields.
Our home is in a great location with a vast selection of cafés, pubs, supermarkets and gyms nearby. We are also a stones throw away from the Emirates Stadium.
You’ll be living with two female professionals - Maisie (29) is a Structural Engineer and Lauren (28) works in Tech consulting.
We’re a sociable house, originally friends from uni, and enjoy the occasional pub night, coffee walks and gym classes, but we also have our own lives and respect each other’s space.
The room is unfurnished, however Maisie’s small sofa currently shares the room (in the photo) and the entire flat has 2 bathrooms between us.
We will be taking viewings next week (w/c 26th July) and closing this advert at the end of the month.
