£800pcm Double Room in Finsbury Park

Hey guys! Looking for someone to take over a room in an existing flat share. My roomate is moving out to move closer to work. We are two girls, 26 and 27, both working professionals. We’re all friends and sociable but do also like our own space at times ! It’s a first floor flat, about 8 mins walk from Finsbury Park tube and about 15 mins walk from Holloway tube. Lots of pubs in the area - and a Tesco express about a minute from us which is also handy.
I’ve used pictures from before we moved in, but we’ve been decorating it as we go so there’s a few more pictures etc around.
Room is £800 per month (including bills). There are 18 months left on the contract so looking for someone who could take over (no short term sub lets).
