Room with double bed and en-suite toilet in Finsbury Park. 15 minute walk to Finsbury Park station and 10 minute walk to Holloway Station. A big Morrisons and Lidl are 5 minutes walk away.

Sharing with 3 other girls aged 23/24. And a beautiful living room! Rent is £940 a month plus around £120 bills (including council tax). Total per month roughly £1060. Deposit £1093.75 as equally split between all tenants, but the rent is staggered.

IMPORTANT: You will be taking over the tenancy from me. This will start on the 23rd August and there is no negotiation on this start date. You will need to provide the letting agency with a copy of your passport, previous landlord reference, payslips and a work and income reference plus work contract. This should come from the employer on letter headed paper and outline work position, indicating if either a full or part-time position, as well as the annual or monthly income.

Room and rest of the house is furnished but bedside table, lamp, and bathroom storage is not included.
