Furnished bedroom in Islington flatshare

Hello! We are looking for a new flatmate to join our flatshare.

The flat is in the heart of Islington on Essex Rd, just a few steps away from Essex Road Station (Great Northern) and a few minutes' walk from Highbury & Islington (Victoria/Overground) and Angel (Northern line) stations - very well-connected and in the middle of a variety of pubs, gyms restaurants, supermarkets, and quirky shops.

We've got a fully equipped kitchen (including washer/dryer, dishwasher, full set of kitchen amenities and Breville espresso machine), living room and 2 full bathrooms. The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, clothing rack, nightstand and a small desk. Bills are separate: all utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet), Council tax (band E) as well as a weekly cleaner come out to about £100-150pp per month.

You'll be living with Oliver (33, Germany), Euan (27, Ireland), Elizabeth (36, USA), and Andrew (31, USA). We enjoy hanging out in the flat and out in the neighbourhood, hitting up the local pubs and comedy clubs, playing padel and trying new things together. We all work as full-time professionals (law, economics, finance and sushi) and also have our own social lives and hobbies (including sailing, hiking and flamenco dance).

We're looking for another professional who'll fit well in our flat, is up for a hangout while having their own work/personal life. The bedroom is on the smaller side and likely best for someone who mainly works outside rather than WFH. We're looking for a female flatmate as we'd really like to keep the gender balance.
