Single bedroom Sublet in Old street

Hi I am looking for someone to sublet my room only for August. Earliest move in date would be August 1st and latest move out date would be August 31st.

The flat is just off Old street and it’s absolute perfect location as It’s a 2 minute walk to Old street station and bus stops, with multiple shops very close by Including Co-op, Argos, M&S, Superdrug and Aldi. The postcode is EC1V9EU flat number 59 and you will be living with 3 other people, including a shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen.
The flat is fully furnished and everything in the pictures will be included (except all of my bedroom decor and duvet) there is also lots of cutlery/plates/bowls/pans/glasses that you are more than welcome to use.

The room that will be available is a single bedroom and I currently pay £800 for rent not including bills. (As we split the bills between 4 it usually adds up to about £50 ish a month. Becuase we top up the gas and electricity ourselves it depends on how much gets added onto the meter a month.) The room also has 4 separate plug sockets and 2 storage cupboards near the bathroom and kitchen. Theres lots of storage space under the bed and on top of the wardrobe too.
