King room with private bathroom in spacious flat

Sadly, I’m moving out of this amazing flat, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room. It’s genuinely one of the best places I’ve lived, and I’d love to find someone who will enjoy it as much as I have.

The flat is incredibly spacious, bright and has a really homely feel. It features a large living room with a comfortable sofa, a long dining table that’s perfect for hosting friends or working from home, and a generous kitchen with plenty of storage, a large fridge/freezer and a microwave.

Fantastic location

The flat is located just a few steps from Holloway Road Underground Station, making commuting incredibly easy.

* Direct Tube connections across London.
* A direct bus takes you to the City of London in around 30 minutes.
* If you cycle, it’s only around 15 minutes to the City, which is how I’ve commuted to work.
* The building also has a gym included, a secure bike racks and an underground parking garage for residents.

The building is very well maintained and benefits from a 24-hour concierge, providing both convenience and added security.

The room

The bedroom is a spacious double featuring:

* A super comfortable king-size bed.
* A very large wardrobe.
* A huge chest of drawers with an incredible amount of storage (I’ve comfortably fitted the equivalent of four large suitcases of clothes!).
* Plenty of space to make it your own.

You’ll also have your own private bathroom, which is exceptionally spacious and offers plenty of storage.

Your future flatmate

You’ll be sharing with one other girl, a 25-year-old professional working in the City of London. She’s friendly, respectful and enjoys having a peaceful, clean home to come back to after work.

We’re ideally looking for another female professional aged around 24–30 who mainly works from the office (working from home up to a couple of days a week). Most importantly, we’re hoping to find someone who is clean, tidy and considerate, and who is looking for a home rather than just somewhere to stay.

Availability

* Available from mid/end of August (flexible).
* Bills are not included in the rent.
