I am sadly moving out of my beautiful flat and therefore looking for someone that would like to take over my room. Move in date 1st Oct!

ABOUT THE ROOM & FLAT:
Rent: £1,387.50pcm + roughly £150-200pp for bills (depends on the season, includes council tax, wifi, electricity and water).
Deposit: £1287,50

Furniture: the bed and closet is included. I bought the rest and am willing to leave (for a price) the desk, drawer and mirror which I bought and built myself if interested!

The flat is on the top floor (4th with elevator) so amazing sunlight throughout the day! The bedroom and balcony get the evening sun while the kitchen gets the morning sun.

Bathroom, kitchen & living room will be shared between you and the other tenant (lovely fruity Frenchman). Located one street behind Caledonian road, it's residential and quiet but close to everything! The flat is a 10-15 mins walk to Kings Cross, and 10-15 mins to Angel. There are also several buses that take you into Central London and it's a 8min walk to the Overground (Mildway).

ABOUT YOUR NEW FLATMATE:
I am a 26 year old, working in Bank and have been living in London for about 1 1/2 years. I am in the office four times per week and outside of work, I gym (Virgin Girlie) or enjoy a stroll in the park. I also appreciate chilled nights in and love to read or watch a fun tv-show.

ABOUT YOU:
I’m looking for a flatmate who’s clean, respectful and considerate. It goes without saying that it would be huge plus if we can be friends, hang out, and have dinner together every now and again; though equally I am also happy for us to just be cordial, and considerate flatmates.
Looking for a working professional, 25-35 years old, and no couples (huge plus if you're a French-speaker!).
