King-size double with shared home office

A furnished double room available in our recently renovated maisonette, about a four-minute walk from Caledonian Road station.

The room is on the second floor and measures 3.68m x 2.74m. It has a king-size bed, two good-sized storage cupboards and plenty of natural light from a large courtyard-facing window. It is quiet and, like the rest of the flat, has stayed relatively cool during the hot weather.

There is also a separate room that can be used as a home office. You would be able to use it for around half of the week, sharing it with one other person and agreeing the days between you. This is included in the rent. This room also has a spare bed/fold down murphy wall bed in it.

The flat is arranged over two floors, with a separate living room, balcony, one bathroom and an additional WC. There is also secure storage space for a bike.

The building is a low-rise ex-local-authority block. It's quiet, the neighbours are friendly and both sides of the flat overlook courtyards rather than a main road.

You would be living with a professional couple in our mid-30s. We are relaxed and sociable. The flat is clean and tidy and a cleaner comes every other week. Looking for one person who is friendly, considerate and ok with sharing a home with a couple.

Caledonian Road station (Piccadilly line) is around four minutes walk. Caledonian Road & Barnsbury and Highbury & Islington are also within walking distance. Aldi and Waitrose are nearby, as well as Highbury Fields, Angel Upper Street and plenty of good local pubs and cafés.

Bills are around £150 a month. Internet is Virgin 1gb fibre
