You'll be living with a professional couple in our mid-30s. We're easy-going, considerate and like to keep the flat clean and tidy.

We also value having a relaxed home where everyone has their own space, so we're looking for someone who's friendly and looking for somewhere to settle rather than just somewhere to sleep. We have a cleaner every other week and keep the flat tidy in between.

Bills are approximately £150 per month, including Virgin 1Gb fibre broadband.
