I am very sadly leaving my gorgeous flat in south islington and looking for a new flatmate to join my 3 wonderful flatmates in this 4 bed flat.

£1000 pcm + around £150 in bills.

The room is absolutely huge and beautiful. Fully furnished (including wardrobes, cabinets, bed, desk & chair, bureau). We share a lovely communal living room and kitchen. We spend a lot of time together as a flat watching films & tv, playing boardgames, chit chatting, cooking, going to the pub, playing pool, and would be looking for someone with similar interests and who respects and cares for the communal space we share.

The flat is less than a 10 minute walk to Caledonian Road station (just one stop from kings cross on the Piccadilly line) and a 10 minute bus to camden. The flat is within walking distance of many shops and amenities and its so well connected to different areas in London.

Just opposite the flat is the Pleasance Theatre, Caravan Coffee, a local cafe and a pub. Next to the flat is a shared workspace that hosts many businesses from a tattoo shop, barbers, yoga studio & cafe.

You will be living with:
