En-suite double in Islington

En-suite double room available in Islington starting from end of September. 1000£ plus ~70£ for bills, and council tax that you’ll split with the other soon-to-be worker (unless you are a student). Each room has its own bathroom, so you would only share the kitchen/living room. Looking for someone tidy and ordered, mindful of common spaces, and of other people’s presence.
You would share the flat with Salvo and Violet, two environmental economics PhD students, who often work from home, sadly, sometimes also in the evening. Violet is about to finish.
We like to watch a movie together from time to time, but are quite independent in general.
We travel fairly frequently, for conferences, or back to our countries (Italy, US), leaving a bit more space to the others. Ideally, we would like someone with a similar kind of life.
The flat is in between Shoreditch park and Essex Road. Good transport. Nice neighbourhood.
Lidl is 15 mins away, Tesco and coop 5 mins.
