I’ve just finalised this lovely flat, available to move into from 3rd September.

I was originally planning to move in with a friend, but her company is no longer relocating her to London, so I’m now looking for one other person to share the flat with me. The place was honestly too good to miss!

The flat will be professionally cleaned and cleared before we move in, so it’ll feel much more spacious and we can make it our own.

The flat is in a really convenient North London location with great transport connections. Caledonian Road Underground Station (Piccadilly line) is within walking distance, making it easy to get into Central London, King’s Cross and other parts of the city.

There are also plenty of bus routes nearby, as well as local supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pubs and everyday essentials within walking distance. Upper Street/Angel and the wider Islington area are also easily accessible.

I’m looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate who wants the flat to feel like a home rather than just somewhere to stay. Ideally someone who enjoys having their own space but is also happy to chat, have a drink or occasionally do things together.
