Double room with bathroom in Islington!!!!!

Hi everyone! Grace and I are looking for a third housemate to join our flat in Islington. It's a lovely spot with everything you need close by: really good cafes and restaurants, two tube stops, and a park all within easy reach.
The free room is the downstairs one, and the best part is it comes with its own private bathroom. Rent is £1300 per month + bills.
The flat is unfurnished for now, but we're planning some fun Facebook Marketplace hunting to kit out the living room and split the costs, so we'll make it feel like home together without spending! We're really looking to make this a home!
The two upstairs rooms are mine and Grace's. She's moving to London to start work in September. And I currently already live here (working operations for a fashion brand). We both work full-time, and we're both really easy to live with and very clean! We love a chill night at home, as well as a night out, and we're looking for a third that would be a friend, not just a roommate.
