The property falls under band D for council tax. We have high speed internet. Listed price includes approximate cost of bills, but not council tax.
The room comes with the bed, wardrobe, chair, and table.
Since this is a rent takeover, you’d have to either have a UK based guarantor or match the minimum salary.
There are two other flatmates at the property, both guys.
If a couple is interested in taking the room, the rent split would be different. This would be discussed further with the two remaining flatmates if the couple is interested.
