I’m sadly leaving this lovely flat, and I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a cosy two-person flat in the Highbury & Islington / Canonbury area.

The bedroom is a spacious double with a king-size bed, extensive built-in storage and a desk, making it a great option if you work from home. There’s also a separate lounge room, so you have a proper shared living space outside the bedroom.

You’ll be sharing with one friendly female housemate and her very sweet indoor cat, Cappuccino 🐱. Cappuccino is very much part of the household, so you’ll need to be genuinely happy living with a cat.

The landlord is excellent and very responsive to any questions or issues, which has made living here really easy.

I’m genuinely sad to be leaving as I’ve had such a great time living here, and I’d love to find someone who will enjoy the flat as much as I have! 💛
