You will share the modern fitted kitchen/living room with one other resident. A Bosch washer-dryer is provided, along with shared kitchen appliances and equipment. I have lived in the flat for three years and purchased the shared appliances myself, so you are welcome to use them responsibly. Normal wear and tear is expected, but any damage caused by misuse must be repaired or replaced by the person responsible.
