Great Room In Friendly Houseshare - Hidden Gem

We are a large, friendly and harmonious houseshare.

THE ROOM

THE HOUSE

The house is modern, with a very large eat-in kitchen, communal living room with massive sofas, four bathrooms and fully double-glazed.

There's also a good sized garden complete with BBQ. We have two washing machines, 3 fridge/freezer, a Virgin TV package with broadband etc.

We are on a pretty, quiet, south facing road, 7 minutes walk from Holloway Road, 12 minutes to Highbury & Islington and 1 minute from Drayton Park -National Rail. Highbury fields and Upper Street are also a short walk away.

THE HOUSEMATES

At the moment there are 3 guys and 3 girls living here, each from a different country, we all work full-time office-ish hours (9-5pm or thereabouts). We hang out together a fair amount, mostly in the evenings. That said, we also respect people's need for space and peace and quiet. Everyone is easy-going and tidy- it's a nice no-drama atmosphere.

The week is normally quite relaxed, there's always someone around the house to chat to, cook with, go to the cinema or share a bottle of wine. On weekends we try to go out together drinking! We also often do stuff together - pub, house drinks, films, chilling out etc.

We're all in our late 20s and early 30s.

YOU

We're looking for a person in full-time employment, who works office-type hours.

You need to be fun, friendly and considerate. We want someone who is going to move in and stay for a while, so no short-term lets. We also expect a high level of cleanliness in common areas. It is essential that you clean up after yourself.

English as a common laguage for communication is preffered.

MONEY

Room: £554 per month (price includes council tax and water bill)
£530 deposit
£30/month (average) Splitwise (covers TV, broadband, bi-weekly cleaner, cleaning stuff, olive oil etc.)
Around £130 quarterly for utilities
