Lovely Double Room In Friendly Home Mon-Fri Only

*** The flat ***

I bought it 4 years ago and It's a really lovely flat - spacious and with a good sized garden in Zone 2!

I've spent time decorating it and so the flat is very much a home, so I'm sure you'd settle in very quickly.

Two bathrooms - one with power shower and lovely spacious bath, and a brand new second loo too.

The kitchen is HUGE and sociable with plenty of storage space and the necessary mod cons - washer/dryer/dishwasher etc.

*** The Room ***

The room is a large double with desk, window overlooking peaceful gardens and wardrobes etc - completely redecorated a few months ago so all brand new :)

£700 all inclusive - very reasonable for the area, a good flatmate is most important.

*** The Area ***

literally a 3 minute walk from Holloway Rd tube and 8/10 minute walk to Highbury and Islington which has the tube, the overground... transport links are really, really good - lots of buses on the Holloway road, too.

Very close to a nice and cheap gym [with pilates classes], very close to a Tesco express and the shops of Holloway road, plus a ten minute walk to Upper Street which is a really lovely road with indie coffee shops and cocktail bars and all that good stuff.

Sorry about the long ad, but I wanted to lay everything down so you know what to expect and to save us all time in seeing places/people that wouldn't suit! I remember how exhausting it can be flat hunting :)

I would prefer someone who wants a Mon-Fri arrangement but we are flexible if you want to stay some weekends.
