Double Room in Angel Townhouse

We are looking for a like minded flatmate to share our Islington townhouse on Elia Street. We are 2 young professional females who work hard and like come home to a lovely place. We have become good friends since we started living here.

The house

Perfect for home working as all of the rooms are large and there is outside space

The accommodation is over 3 floors with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which works well between 3 of us. The main bathroom is huge and has a walk in rain shower and roll top bath with limestone flooring.
There are wooden flooring throughout and the furniture and fittings are to a high standard.

The living room and kitchen are really bright and airy as they have such high ceilings. There are some original features such as fireplaces.

We also have a terrace outside the kitchen and a garden (top section with back gate access convenient for bikes and bins). If you have a car there is residents parking.

The kitchen has a Smeg cooker and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and separate dryer.

The location

Elia Street is a tree-lined street of Victorian houses located in a conservation area. It is one road away from the Regents Canal (great for running and cycling)and a 3-minute walk to Angel tube and all of the shops and restaurants on Upper Street.

It takes approx 15 min to walk to Kings Cross and the same to Farringdon or Old Street

We are both female in our 20's who like to travel as much as we can and experience London .

The Landlord

Cath is a private landlord who lives nearby and is really responsive if we need any repairs
