Friendly Holloway Flat Share

I’m looking for a flatmate who is looking for a large double room in Holloway. The room will be unfurnished so you will need to bring a bed etc.

The flat has a good sized kitchen, a decent balcony which is great in the summer, and a large living room. Bills are not included in the rent but would come to around £150 pcm.

You would be sharing the flat with me. I'm Eddie and am 34.. I work in HR for a luxury personal shopping business. For some reason the ad says the flat is 3 bed which is incorrect as it’s only 2 bed. I can’t seem to amend it.

I've lived in the flat for over a decade and consider it my home. I'm looking to share it with someone who will love it just as much and want to take care of it.

I'm pretty chilled in the week and would like to keep it that way. I like to cook in the evening and relax with some telly. Socialise most weekends but like to keep it quiet around the flat (deffo not a party house).

It would be nice to have someone who wants to socialise a bit or would share a bottle of wine, but also likes there own space and respects mine.

My preference is to share with a guy who is either LGBTQIA+ or LGBTQIA+ friendly who's 34-38 in age. I've always lived with guys around my age and find that my preference.

The room is available from end Aug and would start with a 6 month tenancy with the intention to extend it further if we are enjoying living together.
