I am unfortunately leaving this amazing flat share to move in with my girlfriend and need to find a replacement.

The flat itself is a modern refurbishment (just over a year old) of a Grade 2 listed building, in a perfect position for getting anywhere in London. There's a spacious living and dining room for lazing in after a long day, and a fully kitted out kitchen with all modern appliances, including a dishwasher. There is laminate flooring throughout and the place is always clean and easy to live in.

Location wise the flat couldn't be in a better position, there is a bus stop 10 seconds from the front door, with busses heading into the city regularly. Kings Cross station is also a 10 minute walk down Caledonian Road. There is a Tescos Local 5 minutes away and a large Sainsburys, Waitrose and Marks and Spencers 10 minutes from the flat. With the lovely pubs and restaurants of Upper Street only a short walk from your doorstep.

The girls you will be sharing with are two lovely Australians girls, called Catherine and Tess, that have been living here over a year now. They are fun, chatty and will make you feel right at home from the moment you move in.
