A room has become available in this lovely two bedroom flat which is on the second floor of a private converted Victorian period house situated in the borough of Islington and very close to Camden and Kentish Town.

You will be sharing with just one other flatmate, Irene. She is a professional working in office management for a large firm.

The location is excellent for getting around London. The 29/253 bus stop is just outside the building. These buses go to Camden tube in 5 mins and then on to the West End.
The 390 bus goes to Kings Cross (access to most tube lines 12mins)
Kentish town tube is a 15mins walk (northern line)

There is a large Sainburys in Camden Town and also a wide range of local shops within 2 mins including laundrette, dry cleaners, newsagents, fruit and veg stores, florist, butchers, bakers, deli, pharmacist, GP and a good pub etc.

Bills The flat is Islington Band D, £161 per month (£80 each). The electricity is around £65 a month (£33 each), Internet is £51 a month/(£26 each).

I will be doing viewings on Sunday from 11am and next week.
