There is a high quality king size bed, large desk, lots of storage, a big TV, central heating and wifi, fresh bedding and a sunny garden to enjoy. Kitchen and bathroom facilities and washing machine. Room for bikes in garden.

We are located 10-15 minutes from yoga, gyms, theatre, restaurants, pubs and buses to everywhere in London. We are a 7 min walk from overhead trains and 12 minute walk to Angel or Highbury & Islington underground and half hour walk from Kings X/St Pancras Station.

I work from home some of the week and require someone to respect that during the day or be at their professional place of work. Also enjoying the peace here at night respectfully. Our road is a 'no through' so we do not have to suffer traffic noise. I have a small dog that is friendly.
