We have one double bedroom with private en-suite that is coming up for rent in our lovely Canonbury flat.

The flat is set over 2 floors in a Victorian terraced house on a quiet street. The shared living area is open plan through the kitchen, dining area & lounge. We are also incredibly lucky to have sole use of a large, private back garden, full of established shrubs & trees. .

You will be living with 2 wonderful ladies and a very special feline named Prince (a name not chosen by us, but one he truly lives up to!)

This is a special home with a long history. We are a little family and are looking for someone to live here who loves it as much as we do. It's an adult home where we share and laugh together. We have our separate lives, but regularly find time together to enjoy a meal, a bottle of wine, a movie and the odd DIY/gardening project.

Your flatmates:
- Veta, 51, a self-employed interior designer who is responsible for everything looking so lovely in the flat. Veta is from Australia but has been living in London for 21 years.
- Keira, 42, is a self employed Product Manager working in Fashion & Interiors. She is originally from Northern Ireland but has been living in London for 20 years.
- Prince, 17-19, senior and mostly-retired hunter, enjoys chat, naps and manipulating humans to do his bidding.

We are not particular if you are male or female - more importantly that you are the right person! If you think this home is for you please respond with some details about yourself, anything you would like to tell us so we get a feeling for you.

Rent is inclusive of monthly bills including: council tax, gas, electric, water, sky cable, internet, contribution to house kitty that is spent on cleaning supplies and shared items.
*Price obviously subject to change and potential increase from providers - we try to shop around to keep these down, but issues presently mean this is a little out of our control.

- Parking - lots on the street and you can apply to the council for a permit if you have a car

Room available from 1st Aug, but happy to discuss earlier/later move-in if required (within reason)
