Large Double Room Available

Looking for a new person to join us in our N1 house.

Only a few steps away from different bus stops that caters to around 6 different routes, 2 underground stations and 1 overground (5 – 20 mins walk).

We have Angel, Dalston, Shoreditch all within cycling distance and Newington Green is on our very doorstep so if you want fresh veg, craft ale, access to a park it’s all there, or if you prefer a walk on a small canal.

The house consists of: Large Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room (all separate) a small office space, ample storage and a huge bathroom & another small toilet downstairs.

Including you it will be 3 people in total, rooms are big and even though we like to live together there is well enough space not to be stepping over each other including a garden.

We are both 30+ creative and decent people working from home, we like to cook, play and occasionally hang out, we are both quiet/respectful, way over their house party days, but always up for a glass of wine together, a chat or having a small dinner with friends in the garden. We also have another housemate who is a mid sized Labrador mix, she is very quiet and affectionate so you must be a dog lover.
