Lovely Double Bedroom in a 2 Bedroom Apartment

Hello,

My name is Joy and I am a tenant occupying one of the rooms in the 2 bedroom apartment. The room has a double bed already, with a wardrobe for hanging up your clothes. I am looking for a clean responsible and reliable roommate. Someone that will pay for their rent on time. Who cleans up after themselves, I don't mind if it's a female/male just as long as you treat the home as if you purchased it yourself. I wouldn't mind having a friend in a tenant but also a person that respect mine/their own personal space as well; all you have to do is bring your clothes and a possible personal TV for your room to move in. I don't want anyone smoking in the house. And there's a beautiful park downstairs which has an outside gym. There's a bus right downstairs, literally across the road. Highbury and Islington station is a 7 min walk. Caledonian station a 10 min walk. Caledonian and Barnsbury station is 7min walk also. Angel station is down the road and it's close to a lot of store supermarkets, bars & restaurants. You will never get bored in this area. Shared kitchen and bathroom.

Here’s the thing; I would need to have an older roommate 30+ as there’s a clear distinction of care, my home isn’t a student accommodation. Where your bins can pile up to the top; and you continue to add rubbish as long as it doesn’t fall to the ground. Lol but in all honesty; just clean up after yourself and look after the place like it’s yours. And don’t be so selfish when it comes to shared space. Simple!
