Monday to Friday

Ideally the room will suit somebody who is looking for a part-time room for 2-4 nights during the week for working in London (not working from home) and commuting into the city. I will also be open to short term let, i. e. Airbnb type 6 days stay, and will be happy to discuss that.

The room in question is a cosy single room with built-in wardrobe, a bed, desk and chair, in a smart two bed flat. Inclusive of bills. It has a balcony and beautiful views of Hampstead Heath in the distance. Right next to Caledonian road tube Station, within walking distances from Caledonian road and Barnsbury rail station, Highbury and Islington station, and Angel station and 8 min bus ride to Kings Cross.

I'm an artist and architect. I am friendly, approachable, and a creative person with a good sense of humour, I like to think. Besides art and architecture, my interest is very broad, I have an inquisitive mind and I always enjoy new experiences.

The flat would suit a clean, tidy and not so noisy person. Someone easy going, friendly, considerate of others and who likes to laugh.
