A studio room with it's own kitchen and a shared bathroom (shared with three others), in a quiet, friendly house.
Viewings will be available on Sunday 22nd October from 3-5pm. Please note this room is only suitable for a single person.
The room is in a renovated Victorian House.
The area has excellent transport links. 12 buses are within a five minute walk. Holloway Tube on the Picadillly line is within 10 minutes walk, Tufnell Park (Northern line), Finsbury Park (Victoria line) and Upper Holloway (overground) are also nearby.
The house is five minutes from the high street with Iceland, Morrisons, Lidl and Waitrose, as well as many local shops, restaurants and cafes all within a few minutes walk.
Council tax is extra, Islington Band A currently £101 a month but with single person discount ~£76 a month, electricity is extra ~£30 a month.
Internet and heating is included in the rent and there is a washing machine in the bathroom.
The bathroom is not self contained and is shared with three other people.
The room is on the second floor and there is no suitable storage for a bicycle. If you have a bike you would need to store it outside the house. e. g. in a council bike hangar.
