City and West-end within walking/cycling distance. Flat overlooks a beautiful square, with greenery; convenient to exercise. Good size bedroom with ensuite, desk and lots of storage. Other essentials are intergrated kitchen appliances, internet, sky tv, washer dryer, dishwasher; balcony & extra downstairs loo. Also have separate living room & kitchen with sonos speakers.

Whilst I'm very sociable, I don't have a lot of comings and going’s as such would prefer similar; I'm not opposed to guests regularly. I enjoy eating out, reading, travelling, culture & beach holidays & exploring London/the UK in the eyes of a tourist. I easy going, mindful and respectful of other's. Happy to share a glass of wine over a good film/conversation & socialise if you’d like that, if not I respect that.

I have a friendly cat (toilet trained) so no funky smells. The dog in pic is not resident, l have been borrowing him from a local family for past 10 year’s. I have him for a few hours, 1-2 times a week. Please feel free to ask any questions or request a video viewing.

Ps, Females preferred & single occupancy only. The train's are not a nuisance at all, they run approximately every 14 mins, they go past the flat in less than 10sec's sound like a washing machine, sound is barely noticeable. The trains don't run after midnight.
