Double room - Islington - Cosy & Comfortable

Looking for short term renter for lovely big flat in Islington. Brilliantly located for transport - 3 mins to Arsenal tube, 8 mins to Finsbury Park tube and about 10 mins to Drayton Park.

The area is really nice - near to great parks, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Supermarkets are within 10 minutes from home too.

The flat itself is a maisonette (over 2 floors) and as well as having a shared living room, also has a nice dining area for eating. The bedroom I'm renting is furnished and is a decent sized double.

Over the next few months I’m going to be living between London and Scotland so not going to be around very much - a few days a week, sometimes more, sometimes less - so you’ll have a lot of space for yourself.

I'm fairly flexible about who I share with. My flat is my home so I just want someone who will treat it with respect when they stay.

I'm clean and tidy and have a cleaner who comes every fortnight.

I’m happy to consider lets of a fortnight up to a max of three months.
