Basement studio to rent from 1 September, for Monday tp Friday use only.. The studio iis in a family house in Highbury, north Islington. It is ideal for someone based outside London and working in the West End or City on weekdays,

The flat comprises a double bedroom with living area, and a small kitchen and bathroom. It has been converted to a high standard, with underfloor heating, television, broadband etc. There is separate street access. We clean the studio and launder the bed linen fortnightly.

We have excellent public transport links. We are a short bus ride from Finsbury Park where you can catch the Victoria or Piccadilly Line, or mainline trains to and from Kings Cross/St Pancras and Moorgate. From Highbury and Islington station̈ you can take the Mildmay or Windrush lines. Buses no 141, 341, 14, 236 and 19 are easily accessible.. There may be parking spaces to rent nearby.; unfortunately we cannot offer parking.
