I'm renting the second room in my property looking.

The room has a double bed with storage space underneath a double door wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The flat is always tidy and I clean after cooking, basically the way it looks in the photos is how it usually loos like. Included in the rent price is a cleaner who comes once a week to do a bit of deep cleaning in the kitchen, bathroom and living room.
If you want the cleaner to do your room every now and then we can arrange that for a price.

The balcony is one of the best features of the flat. Great for sunbathing, BBQ, diner al fresco with friends...when the weather is right it becomes the best room in the flat.

The room is available to move in the 1st of August
