Double Room

We’re looking for a new housemates at our Victorian townhouse. It is just around the corner from Kennington Park and four minutes from the tube.

Sadly, one of the boys is moving out to live the dream in the countryside. So we’re looking for someone to take his place. We are a house of five rooms, currently with four boys - all gay, but anyone is welcome!

We like to think of Faunce as a home rather than a house share and we enjoy spending time together; watching TV, regular Sunday roasts, and the occasional pub quiz. All in all we are a pretty relaxed bunch. We respect each other’s privacy and space; but also try to join in when others have people around. We all love to cook and do fitness. Would be great if you are the same.

The house is set over four levels with a huge kitchen that leads out to our garden. The living room is on the first floor and has its own roof terrace that is brilliant in the summer for BBQs and drinks.

A bit about the room, it's a double - but the smallest in the house. The room has a dreamy big window, stunning morning light, and comes furnished.

On finances - council tax is included in the rent, but we do pay for the utilities and have a weekly cleaner. This usually rounds up to about £130per month.

Move in date - 1st November. Viewings will start on the evenings of 14th and 15th of October.

We want someone who will be around and is sociable but also has a life outside the house.

While we are looking for someone long term, we will also consider shorter term (min two months @ £775 pm).
