We realise there is a new way of working and there is a loft space and office in the house which is available to share, if you need to work from home.

Single room in a modern 3 bedroom spacious 4 floored town house, 5 min walk from the river. Amazing flatmates and 2 adorable Cats. ( although one is completely mad)

We have a front and back garden, perfect if you like to potter around (the back garden has a beautiful veranda and landscaped garden, with night lights, seating, 2 outside heaters and a fire pit. We recycle and compost and would hope you do the same.

ROOM
The room light and airy and is fully fitted, includes queen size bed and plenty of wardrobe space, a Samsung wall TV, brand new shutter blinds. Was decorated when our last flat moved in, but happy for you to create your own personal colour scheme. Happy to pay for the paint. Bed comes with a double quilted topper, duvet and sheets if you don’t have your own.

FACILITIES
Separate kitchen/diner, with breakfast bar, has fridge/freezer, (with filtered water and ice machine) double oven, dishwasher, microwave and Bosh fresh coffee machine, washing machine, separate tumble drier.

There is a separate down stairs toilet.

There is a down stair office space.

Front room is large and has a massive smart tv which includes Netflix and Amazon Prime. (Included in the price)

The bathroom is shared with 1 Flatmate, has a bath and power shower. We had a new water sorter machine, installed last year. so no more horrible limescale.

We are all lucky to have a usable loft space with vertex windows, So this is another space to use additionally to the rest of the house.

We have a HIVE house with Amazon ALEXA, dot, so you can control your bed room and house devises. There is a camera at the front of the house, enabling you to speak to the person at the front door without answering it. Great if you are out and have a parcel delivered.

TRANSPORT
We have a private car park (in cc zone, but resident discount given extra a year for parking permit. There is a house garage that is just 30 seconds away to store a bike.

Excellent connections - Nearest Tubes : Vauxhall : 8 mins walk and Kennington : 10 mins walk, we are in zone one, so as you would expect lots of buses 24 hours. The london bike rental unit is also opposite the house.

LOCATION
The property is close to Vauxhall pleasure gardens, and Tesco within walking distance, plus nice bars and restaurants. Lambeth Palace and the garden museum is 3 mins away. We have the Damion Hurst and Newport gallery within a 1 min walk. The black Prince Hub, with all the health and fitness programmes (many are free to residents) 30 seconds away. It’s a 15 minute walk to the south bank, London Eye and Big Ben.

Flatmates
There are two of us, one man one women and were lovely. We both work full time and realise that living in a happy home is important. We want to make the new person feel that this is their home and can relax after work.


RENT
£700, including - Water, council tax, super fibre broadband/internet, Amazon / music prime and Netflix, home phone, gas, electricity, water softener, council tax, service charge, dish washer stuff, toilet paper and cleaning products, garage bike storage and cleaner (cleans your room weekly and will change sheets fortnightly) .

TERMS
- 6 month minimum tenancy (with a two month get out clause, subject to terms and conditions.)
