Mon-Fri room, Kennington/Elephant & Castle

Please note this is a Monday to Friday let, for people working in London during the week but living elsewhere on weekends.

Large, fully furnished double room available in a recently renovated third floor, three bedroom flat. Plenty of storage space if you want to leave any items over the weekend. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living space are always kept tidy and clean. Bills included, including high speed 70mb broadband. Sharing with only one other person – me, a live-in landlord.

As well as cycle hire stations close to the flat, there is a secure bike locker available if you have your own. Excellent transport links with both Kennington Station (both branches of the Northern Line) and Elephant and Castle (Bakerloo line) just a short walk away. Excellent bus links to central and south London.

There are supermarkets and lots of excellent food options available on the ever popular Walworth Road. Mercato Metropolitano is one of the most popular foodie hangouts at the moment and just a short walk away, but you’re always welcome to use the kitchen to prepare your own meals. Gyms nearby for those of you who want to stay fit and healthy.

I'm pretty laid back, friendly guy and equally happy to share my space with someone who wants to chat and socialise, or someone who'd rather have privacy if you're working long hours and want a quiet place to come home to. Would prefer not to share with someone who works from home during the day though.
