Double room in Kennington/Oval available, in a 3-bed flat. The room includes bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and large windows that let in loads of light. You also have your own private door that gives you access to the main balcony.

The place has been renovated, and is fully furnished, with 2 balconies.

Bills are included (hot water, electricity, central heating, water, council tax, Netflix and unlimited high speed fibre optic broadband). We have a private landlord, with no admin fees.

The building is right next to the lovely Kennington Park, and is walking distance to Oval, Kennington and Vauxhall tube stations. We are also close to Camberwell and Brixton.

Maggie and Mike both work full time in marketing and architecture. We split our time between hanging out at home, going to gigs/events, and travelling. We are outgoing, but also value some quiet time. We are looking for a friendly person, who is looking to make our place their home. We will make you feel very welcome!
