(Mon-Fri only) Room Rooftop Patio & Shared Lounge

Short summary:
Please note Mon-Fri only. I will need the room on weekends. You can leave your stuff in the room at all times. Short lets (1-3 months) considered. No agency fees. All bills are included.

Entire room space is available for the new tenant and can also leave your items inside all the time. Only the bedding will need to be swapped on Fri and Sun.

Would best suit someone needing to commute to London on weekdays for work. And/or someone who can stay elsewhere during weekends.

It's a cosy bright room with a large window, double bed and storage space.

The house is very nice in the summer, as there is a 5x7m rooftop patio (belongs to the house) with lots of sun. We also do BBQs and small parties from time to time up there.

A big shared living room space is also available with a wall projector and home theatre speakers to host movie nights.

The guys in the house are very nice, outgoing and sociable. Andrea (22) an Italian working in central London, Lucas (31) an Argentinian working in a fine dining venue and Andranik (36) works as a chef in Knightsbridge. We are all very considerate during the night regarding noise levels etc.

The room is located on 2nd floor with the bathroom and toilet, living room and the patio area. Downstairs there is a big kitchen with plenty of space and a dining table and a separate toilet.

The house is about 12 mins walk to both Kennington and Oval station, and a 10 min walk to Walworth Highstreet (connects to Elephant and Castle).

- Fast 150mb/s fibre internet is available in the house
- cleaner cleans communal areas every 2/3 weeks
- Deposit is one month's rent
