We are Pablo (he/him) and Leire (she/her), two Spanish guys looking for a new flatmate, a professional who is respectful and clean looking for a place to live that feels like home. 

We have a large double room available in our nice flat. 

This room comes furnished consisting of a double bed, a chest of drawers and wardrobe, but plenty of space to for a desk, shelving unit, etc

The flat is a 3 bedroom flat with one spacious bathroom and one big kitchen-living room.
Also we have nice patio in which you forget that you are in the Central London.

We are located in a really well connected area. 4 minutes walking from Kennington tube station (northern line both branches)

Most amenities are 2-10 minutes away Nisa, Tesco express and various others shops / cafes, GP, pharmacies. Also a 15 min walk from Elephant Park.

The quoted price £813 rental + bills (£160). There are no extra fees for admin etc.
