The flat is located 5-10 walk from Oval station and 10 minutes from Kennington. There are very easy and quick transport links into Central London on the Northern line. There is a bus stop 5 minutes from the flat that takes you to Vauxhall and Victoria.

There are two bathrooms in the flat, one of the ground floor of the flat and one on the second floor. Both the bathrooms have baths and showers.

Downstairs is a shared living space with a balcony, large kitchen and sitting room.

The house is a relaxed and happy household. We all get on well and take pride in keeping the flat clean and tidy. Flatmates are one male and one female.
Everybody lives pretty busy lives but enjoys socialising together when they can.

Move in date is the 1st August 2021 would be £880 all bills included. We ideally would be looking for a long let. We are a household in late twenties/early thirties.
